Guest Ratings & Reviews
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. Despite the cleanliness and overlooking the parking garage from my room, the dirty bed sheets were a big letdown. The service was exceptional, with helpful and dedicated staff, although the lack of knowledge in making a margarita was amusing. The location was incredibly convenient, being able to access all areas of Charleston easily; however, communication issues with staff were a downside. The dining experience, while good, was a bit on the pricy side, with just a continental breakfast option.
The hotel offered a pleasant stay with welcoming service and convenient location near historic sites and multiple dining options. The rooms were charming but could use more washcloths. The dining experience was delightful but had limited options. Overall, a wonderful choice for a visit to Charleston.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The room was clean and spacious, offering a beautiful view of the river, but the basic design with tiny double beds was a bit of a letdown. The service was exceptional, especially thanks to Teresa who checked us in. The location was great being on the river front, perfect for walking and dining. The dining experience was delightful with a tasty customized omelette, but I had to pay extra for breakfast. Overall, a decent stay with room for improvement.
